Time Line Therapy is a cognitive technique for releasing stress and negative emotion. The process allows you to find the root cause of a negative feeling and then release the entire lifetime of stress and negative emotion it has lead to. Time Line Therapy enables your to hold on to the important learning from a negative experience, but then allows you to let go of the emotion that has been held with it. A Time Line therapist will work through an issue with you and guide you through the process of letting go.
