Osteopathy is a gentle hands-on treatment that focuses on the restoration of movement and function to the entire body. The main focus in Anxiety is to ensure proper movement in body structures that influence emotional regulation and homeostasis, thereby removing obstacles that allow the body to regain health or the ability of the body to self-regulate.
